Our aim is to offer a product to you that is all luxury ; soft feel, classic design and lasting quality.
All products are designed for domestic use. If you intend to use our products for commercial purposes, please contact us.

Prices provided are shown in pounds. All prices are correct at time of upload, but due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down.
Orders
All product displayed on our site are available unless stated otherwise in our store. All orders are subject to availability. You are responsible for checking that all details and specifications are correct on your order. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

Delivery
On large orders we will confirm the delivery time and freight cost of your order before despatch via email. Orders are despatched within 28 days from receipt of payment, unless advised otherwise due to availability.
To ensure you pay the minimum freight, we will always offer you the most cost effective form of delivery based on your order and preferences. Should the order be delivered by courier, an adult must be present at the delivery address to carefully check the product, to sign and to acknowledge receipt of goods.
If delivered by post, your parcel will likely be delivered during business hours, so we ask you to confirm your day delivery address where you will be available at time of delivery. However if you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, your parcel will be sent to your local post office and a small calling card will be left for you, so you can collect later. Be sure to keep this card as a reference for the post office!!! NL take extreme care when packaging your valuable items, however we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage that occurs during transport.please note we aim to get your order out to you as soon as we can this can sometimes mean some items in your order can be sent separatly.
Return Policy
NL are willing to accept all returns if you are unhappy with your purchace Please contact us and return the item within 7 days of receipt we cannot refund anything after this peroid, We offer either, refund, store credit, To return any faulty items to us, please provide a note referencing your order date/number and whether you would like a refund, credit or replacement. You will be required to arrange and pay for the postage of the replacement product to us. We will NOT refund on personalised items or furniture that is made to order , please pack the items (with original packaging) back in the parcel, attached your note and send it to;
