Stock Availability

We normally deliver from stock.

If there is likely to be a delay we will always do our best to give you an accurate estimate of a delivery date for your order.

Returns

If you are sending something back to us we strongly advise that it is in its original packing and very securely packed. We will credit the cost of the goods once they arrive safely with us.

We recommend that you retain all packaging until you are sure that the product is right for you and we suggest that you do not assemble large items if you are unsure of keeping them.

Please note that you can only return only items if they are damaged or faulty.

Please also note that we can't accept "changed-my-mind" returns of furniture that has been partly or full assembled
