Currently every day in the UK three people die from MND and three people receive the devastating news that they have this cruel and indiscriminate disease.  There is no effective treatment and no cure.  Life expectancy after the first onset of symptoms is just 2-5 years.

The MND Association funds and promotes research which will in the future turn our vision into a reality, but until that time comes we will continue to do all we can to enable everyone with MND to receive the best care, achieve the highest quality of life and die with dignity.
